With AlphaSense, you can set up a live one-way connection with your Sharepoint, Evernote, or OneNote account and apply AI-powered search directly to your notes. You can learn to set up your accounts here.

If a user wants to access, view, or edit a live note directly on the Sharepoint, Evernote, or OneNote OneNote platform, the owner must:

  1. Navigate to their Sharepoint, Evernote, or OneNote platform

  2. Share the Notebook on the platform with the user

  3. Then, share the note via AlphaSense with the user via the People Icon.

Please note:

  • Only the owner of the Sharepoint, Evernote, or OneNote account can grant access to other users both on AlphaSense and on the aforementioned account.

  • If a note is shared via a document link to a user that has not been granted access by the owner, they will not be able to view it.

  • A user’s sharing permissions must match exactly on Sharepoint, Evernote, or OneNote platform and AlphaSense in order to have full access to the note.
