1. Export a summary PDF

Our Smart Search technology makes surfacing trends and themes within analyst chatter easy.

How does it work?

  1. When searching for themes in the market, simply run a keyword search, if the information you are looking for is mentioned across multiple reports and can be captured by the keyword hits, simply select Export, and click Export a Summary PDF.

  2. Exporting the summary PDF does not impact your broker research credit consumption.

2. After Market Research (AMR) Tags

Distinguish between After Market Research and real-time research reports to make informed decisions before you read. Only documents labeled with an After Market Research or AMR tag will deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

3. Download and print

Know you’re going to be revisiting & sharing a report multiple times over days, weeks, or years?

How does it work?

  1. Simply click the download or print button on the top right-hand corner of each report.

  2. You can download the full report or select specific pages. How many pages you download is how many pages that will deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

4. Share doc links

Working with colleagues on your research is easy in AlphaSense. If you share a credit pool, your colleagues viewing reports that you have already viewed in the last 24 hours will not affect your credit consumption.

How does it work?

  1. You can share with colleagues via the Copy Doc link at the top of your report document

  2. You can also share entire search links via the Share Search Link at the bottom of search results

  3. Sharing a report does not impact your broker research credit consumption. Pages you read in advance of sharing would count towards your consumption limit, and any additional pages read by the recipient will deduct from your allocated broker research credits. Any pages you re-visit within a 24 hour period will deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

5. Table of Contents

In WSI broker reports, you’ll find a preview of the pages that can be accessed in each report, the Table of Contents. Using this preview, you maximize your broker research access by seeing the free pages, selecting only specific pages to read, or re-accessing pages that you have already read.

How does it work?

  1. Accessing the Table of Contents does not deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

  2. Click on any thumbnail to access the corresponding page. When doing so, only one page will deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

  3. However, scrolling to another page will deduct from your allocated broker research credits and each additional page consumed will deduct from your allocated broker research credits.

  4. To prevent further deductions, at the bottom of each page is a Table of Contents button. Click that button to return to the Table of Contents.

  5. Select Accessed Pages in the Table of Contents to see and revisit any of the pages accessed within the last 24-hrs. Selecting any of these pages will not deduct from your allocated broker research credits.
