What are Live Transcripts?

Adding Live Transcripts to your Dashboard
Live Events are added as a widget to individual Dashboards. If you'd like to add Live Events to a Dashboard, simply:
On any Dashboard, select "Add Widget" in the upper right hand corner
Scroll or search for "Live Events" and select it
Click "Add 1 Widget"
This will then add the Live Events widget to that dashboard, pulling in past, current, and upcoming calls for all companies that are found in that Dashboard.
Leveraging Live Transcripts
Using the Widget
For any call currently underway, simply select it from the widget to join the Event and read the live transcription
To open the full calendar view of all past, current, and future calls, select the "Live Events" header (1 - see full calendar view). You can also easily filter for specific call types you're interested in from the Dashboard (2).
Listening to a Live Transcript
Once in a Live Event, you can begin the audio playback, rewind or fast-foward (1). Selecting any part of the transcription will instantly take to you that specific portion of the audio playback (2).
If you ever want to return to the Live Audio, select "Go Live" in the bottom left-hand corner. You can also adjust the playback speed to speed up the audio (3)
Full Calendar View
Within the calendar view, you have a single view into all past, current, and live events. Filter for your companies, watchlists, or event types of interest (1).
Using the timeframe filters, adjust your calendar view and select specific call times (2). Select any "Finished" event to view the transcript from that call.

No - a Quartr subscription is not required. Live Transcripts are automatically accessible to all AlphaSense accounts
What happens after a live event has ended?

Once a call has ended we update the Live Transcript with a Fast-Follow version provided to us by Quartr. The Fast-Follow version includes Presentation & Speaker # Identifiers and has an improved Word Error Rate than its Live Transcripts counterpart.

Yes - transcripts remain available for on-demand viewing and research within the Live Transcripts Dashboard.
Why do some events in the Live Events Calendar not have corresponding real-time audio/a corresponding transcript?
Why do some events in the Live Events Calendar not have corresponding real-time audio/a corresponding transcript?
Some events may be "report-only" earnings releases without an accompanying live call [when the call might not have audio] or some events might feature audio in a foreign language [when the call might not have a transcript].
