Generate Summary PDF

You can generate and export a single PDF summarizing the search you ran. The PDF will contain the keywords, tickers, timeframe, and sources used in the search, as well as export each mention of your keywords found in the results.

The PDF will also contain links to not only the search that was run, but links to each individual document that was contained in the results.

Note: The Summary PDF will only summarize up to 250 results. If your search result exceed the 250 document limit for a PDF summary, you can either click 'Cancel' then apply more filters and run your search again or click on 'Export PDF Summary' to get a PDF limited to the first 250 documents.

Export Search Analytics

For up to 10,000 documents, you can export the analysis from your search. You can opt to include document and/or trend analytics and AlphaSense will generate an Excel sheet containing the analysis. This analysis will be emailed to you once it is complete.

Add/Remove Companies or Tags on Selected Docs

You can hold Cmd/Ctrl on your keyboard to select/highlight individual documents in your Results list. When this is done, you'll have the ability to add/remove Companies and/or Tags on those selected docs

Then, you'll have the ability to:

  • Add/Remove Companies - these are only able to be added to documents you have uploaded or content you've created in AlphaSense (ex: Notes)

  • Add/Remove Tags - these are personal or team tags you can add to any document. This gives you the ability to filter for various tags when runnings searches

Generate Aggregated Broker Research PDF

You can hold Cmd/Ctrl on your keyboard to select/highlight individual documents in your Results list. When you select only Broker Research documents, you'll have the option to generate and export an aggregated PDF of that research (with or without a cover page)

Doing this will create a single PDF that encompasses all of the Broker Research you selected from your Search Results. You can opt to have a Cover Page on this single PDF if you so choose.

Download Selected Documents (Originals)

You can hold Cmd/Ctrl on your keyboard to select/highlight individual documents in your Results list.

You can then opt to download each original document to your computer. A .zip file will be generated and downloaded. This will then contain the original documents you selected from your Search Results
