Activating Email Auto-Forwarding to AlphaSense
- If users exceed the attachment limit or send unsupported file types, they will receive an error email notification. This notification will explicitly showcase the unprocessed files, ensuring users are aware of any issues with their submission.
When you configure auto-forwarding in Gmail to send emails to AlphaSense, Google requires a quick, one-time security verification. This process must be completed separately for each AlphaSense email address you set up.
How it Works

Google Sends a Verification Link: Depending on which address you are configuring, Google will automatically send a confirmation email from
forwarding-noreply@google.comdirectly tomynotes@alpha-sense.comand/orteamnotes@alpha-sense.com. - Approving the Request: To activate the forwarding, the approval link contained within that Google email must be clicked.
