Use AlphaSense Workflow Agents to Automate Research
AlphaSense Workflow Agents are AI-powered tools that manage end-to-end research workflows, automating tasks that traditionally require manual effort. These agents generate high-quality deliverables such as deep research reports, pitch decks, memos, tables, and slides with a single click.
By integrating premium external content (e.g., broker research, expert call transcripts, filings, news) with your internal documents, Workflow Agents deliver comprehensive, AI-assisted research.

How to Access AlphaSense Workflow Agents:
You can launch AlphaSense pre-built workflow agents from the following locations:
Access Workflow Agents from Generative Search
- Open Generative Search
- Scroll to the Workflow Agents section
- Toggle AlphaSense Agents on or click See All to browse available agents
- Select an agent to launch your workflow
Access Workflow Agents from Company Profiles
- Open a Company Profile
- Scroll to the Workflow Agents section
- Click View All to see available agents
- Select an agent to launch your workflow
Access Workflow Agents from the Workflow Agent Library
- Open the Workflow Agent Library.
- Use filters to sort agents by category or type.
- Select an agent to launch your workflow.
After you select an AlphaSense Workflow Agent:
- A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- You can navigate away and AlphaSense will continue processing your request.
- When your workflow is complete, you’ll receive:
- An in-app notification
- An email alert
Note: You can run up to 10 Agents at the same time.
Organizational Agents
Organizational Agents allow your team to create standardized, custom Workflow Agents that can be used across your entire organization. These agents appear under a new “My Organization” tab within the Workflow Agents section.
How Organizational Agents Work
Organizational Agents function similarly to AlphaSense Library Agents, with a few key differences:
- View-only access: Users can run Organizational Agents but cannot edit them
- No scheduling (yet): Scheduling is not currently supported for Organizational Agents
- Centralized management: Agents are created and maintained by designated administrators through AlphaSense
Organizational Agents introduce a centralized approach to building and managing AI workflows. This allows your organization to:
- Standardize outputs across teams, projects, and research workflows
- Ensure consistency in how insights are generated and delivered
- Improve quality control by assigning ownership of agent creation to a specific team or expert
- Accelerate adoption by removing the need for every user to build their own prompts
How to Leverage M&A Screener (Deal Agent)
- Open Screener from the lefthand toolbar.
- Hover over a row in the Mergers & Acquisitions table.
- Click the Summarize Deal button.

FAQs
Can I schedule Pre-Built AlphaSense Agents?
- No. Scheduling is only available for Custom Agents.
Can I schedule a workflow from our existing library of Workflow Agents?
- No. Workflow agents in the library cannot be scheduled — if you want to schedule one of the workflows in the library, you will have to recreate it as a custom workflow.
