What’s New

Company, watchlist, industry, and document filters are now consolidated under the “+” icon. Use "@" to prompt for companies, watchlists, or industries in the prompt.
Select your desired output format in Generative Search using the Report or Grid tiles. Selecting a tile will automatically adjust the Generative Search Mode based on the requirements for that output.

Admins can customize Notion viewing permissions and tags within AlphaSense, independent of permissions in Notion.

Users can create up to five summarized Doc Search alerts in total.
Users can choose between Summarize Documents, which summarizes relevant documents individually, and Executive Brief, which summarizes the overall saved search.

Custom Agents can now be scheduled on a monthly cadence, adding flexibility beyond higher-frequency automation.
Dynamic variables now use the @ placeholder, making it clearer which inputs users will provide when the agent runs.

Monthly scheduling helps automate lower-frequency monitoring workflows, such as market updates, portfolio reviews, or recurring industry scans.
The @ placeholder makes dynamic prompting easier to understand, so users can reuse the same agent across companies, industries, themes, or regions.

Workflow Agent Interface Updates — now more closely matches the conversational experience of Generative Search and Custom Agents, including dynamic prompts.
New Workflow Agents Available —Twelve new Workflow Agents are available, including Thesis Checker, Precedent Transaction Review, Industry Primer, Demand Supply Cycle, and several Life Sciences agents.
Agent Category Filter — Users can filter by category to find Life Sciences agents such as Clinical Trial Analysis and Medical Conference Surveillance.
Workspace Deliverables UI — Users can create Grids, Reports, and Slides from Workspaces with a refreshed interface and real-time output interaction.
GenSearch Workspace Flexibility — Adding document context to GenSearch no longer automatically creates a Workspace, supporting more flexible one-off research.
Generative Search Deep Research Output Cards — Deep Research outputs now appear on the right side of the screen for easier viewing and interaction.
