How to Access Sharing & Privacy Settings:
- Open your User Profile.

Sharing options
- Everyone at your organization — all users can see your shared content.
- Specific individuals or groups — share only with people you select.
Note: Sharing is not retroactive. Only annotations and highlights created after turning sharing on will be visible to others.
Note: You must have an Enterprise Intelligence license in order to add your own content into AlphaSense.
Selectively Choosing Individuals & Groups
You can opt to share with both specific individuals and groups:
Individuals
- Simply search and select individuals by their name or email address
Groups
- Search for existing groups, and see the total number of members in each group on the right hand side.
- Select the dropdown to view group members.
If you need to edit or create a new group, select "Manage Groups". There you can either:
- Create a new group, or
- Select a group from the list and edit the name and/or members. You can also delete the group if it is no longer needed.
- Remember to select "Save Changes"
