Leverage the filter bar to make less dashboards with fewer widgets
What is the Filter Bar?
Filter Bar enables users to have fewer dashboards and widgets, while still covering a wide breadth of information, making it easier to review and monitor their areas of interest by choosing your specific industry, company, and watchlist by default but you also have the ability to add custom filters as well.
Why Leveraging the Filter Bar is Useful?
- Streamlines workflows by allowing users to have fewer dashboards to review on a regular basis.
- Customized dashboards that fully cater to users’ unique and changing needs, giving users more control to ensure the widgets are displaying the most relevant and useful information.
- More efficient monitoring across similar topics, as it empowers users to easily switch between topics without having to build unique, custom dashboards for each of their areas of interest.
- Easily conduct up to 6 searches at the same time, as all saved search widgets within a dashboard will update according to the keywords inputted.
Note: To properly set up external users to use the Filter Bar, internal users will need to help them set up and manage their filter bar through the backend, by building Custom Filters and through the Dashboard Properties.
How to Reveal the Filter Bar
While Industry Overview Dashboards will automatically show, for other dashboards, you must Click dropdown Menus and add the filters.
