What is M&A Deal Data?
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deal data is information about mergers, acquisitions, and other types of transactions that combine companies. It can include company information on deals involving IPOs, private equity, and venture capital. M&A deal data can also track publicly announced mergers, acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, shelf registrations, equity buybacks, and bankruptcies.

How to Access is M&A Deal Data
- Select the Screener icon from the lefthand tool bar.
- Click on the Mergers & Acquisitions tab from the Screener Homepage.
