What are AI-Led Expert Calls?
AI-Led Expert Calls pair a sourced and then client-selected expert from the Tegus by AlphaSense Expert Call Services with our purpose-built AI Interview Agent informed on AlphaSense’s deep knowledge base of premium market intelligence content. The AI Interviewer conducts a structured, compliance-first interview aligned to your objectives and current market context.
After the call, you receive:
- A raw transcript (within minutes)
- A compliance-approved transcript (within hours)
- An enhanced transcript summary
- Transcripts in call projects ready to be analyzed in a workspace
Like our traditional 1:1 calls, AI-Led Expert Calls follow the same sourcing and compliance standards for pre and post-call experience. And, after the standard embargo period*, AlphaSense adds the transcript to the Expert Transcript Library (ETL).
*Transcripts are published to the Expert Transcript Library after the standard delay: 14 days for public companies and 90 days for private companies (with a an option to pay-to-delay).

FAQs
How is the AI Interviewer different from a human moderator?
- Our AI Interviewer is an Interview Agent that follows a structured script aligned to your research project. It speaks directly with an expert selected from our sourced network on your behalf.
- The call topic and questions are fully based on your research objectives and any specific questions you would like included. No analyst or strategist is required to attend the call. All outputs are delivered directly to you within hours to days for review and synthesis.
- In contrast, during a human-moderated expert call, a client selects an expert from our sourced pool and conducts the interview live in a 1:1 conversation.
Can I provide custom questions?
- Yes. The question list is built around your research topic and objectives. You may provide specific questions for the AI Interviewer to use, or we can develop a tailored question set based on your stated project goals.
How long does an AI-led call last?
- AI-Led calls follow the same structure as standard 1:1 calls. You may choose a 30-, 45-, or 60-minute timeframe.
- The AI Interviewer will use the allotted time to ask and probe the expert based on your approved question set.
Are experts aware they are speaking to AI?
- Yes. Experts are informed at the beginning of the call.
- A mandatory compliance disclosure is presented and cannot be skipped or modified. This disclosure outlines the compliance process before the conversation begins.
How is MNPI prevented?
- Each call begins with a required compliance disclosure that cannot be skipped.
- After the call, the transcript goes through a human-in-the-loop compliance review process. Any material non-public information (MNPI) is identified and redacted before a compliance-approved transcript is finalized and distributed to the client.
