Save time when you need to run thematic searches across the same group of multiple companies regularly by creating a Watchlist
Use Watchlists to run thematic searches across the same group of companies on a regular basis, ideal for tracking how key industry players are thinking about a specific theme or trend.

How to Create a Watchlist
- In the Company/Ticker search bar, click the Watchlists dropdown.
- Select Add Watchlist.
- In the popup, add companies or tickers individually — or use Bulk Import to paste a list from your clipboard. Optionally, add the Watchlist to an existing dashboard at this step.
- Click Create. Your new Watchlist will appear in the Watchlists dropdown.
- Click on the Watchlists dropdown in the Company/Ticker search bar.
Once created, you can overlay your Watchlist to search any theme or topic across all the companies in your list.
How to Manage Your Watchlists
From the Company/Ticker search bar, open the Watchlists dropdown, hover over a Watchlist, and click the three-dot menu > Manage.
From there you can:
- Share — send a copy to individuals, groups, or your entire company. Watchlists shared with you appear automatically in your dropdown.
- Edit — add or remove companies from the list.
- Delete — permanently remove the Watchlist.
How to Add a Watchlist to a Dashboard
When creating a new dashboard, select your Watchlist from the dropdown and click Apply to include it from the start.
How to Add Companies from Search Results to a Watchlist
In the Companies in Search Results module, hover over a company name and click +Watchlist to add it to an existing or new Watchlist.
