Generative Search vs Generative Grid
While both Gen Search and Gen Grid fall into AlphaSense's AI suite of solutions, they are used in different, distinct ways:
- Generative Search is ideal for conducting broad research on singular topics in a chat-like experience. It allows for variability and flexibility to ask follow questions based on initial responses - providing a pathway to dig deeper in any direction you'd like
- Generative Grid is ideal for asking a standardized set of questions across tens or hundreds of documents at once, providing the answers in a table view. Generative Grid allows for scale, asking over 100 questions in a single grid.
