Filter internal content by document type to focus on relevant results

Filtering your Internal Content by Document Type helps you narrow search results and focus on the most relevant insights. You can apply these filters in both Document Search and Generative Search.

• To Filter from Generative Search
• To Filter from Document Search & Company Profile

To Filter from Generative Search

• Open Generative Search.
• Locate the All Sources dropdown.

• Select a document type (for example, CIM).
• Enter your natural language query.
• Review results limited to the selected document type.

To Filter from Document Search & Company Profile

• Open Document Search or a Company Profile.
• Locate the Filters panel.
• Find Internal Content and select your Integration.
• Find the Document Types filter.

• Select one or more document types (for example, CIM, Earnings Summary).
• Run your search or review the updated results.

Note: If you do not see the Document Types filter, select Show More to expand the menu.
