Selecting the Items You Want to Sync:
- Select the items you want to sync.
- Hover over the item to see options to add Tags & Tickers and Sharing (in case of Individual Connection only).
- Add Tags & Tickers and Sharing from the top menu to bulk apply on all the selections.
- After applying metadata, relevant icons would start showing up against the selected items.
- Click “Continue” to preview your selections.
Reviewing your selections:
Review your selections and click "Confirm & Sync".
Disconnecting Your Account:
- Find the “Disconnect” button below the Manage Configuration button.
- Click on “Disconnect & Delete” button, if you want to disconnect and delete all the synced content from AlphaSense.
- If you want to keep the content that was synced to AlphaSense, ensure the "Keep synced content in AlphaSense even after disconnecting" checkbox is ticked.

AlphaSense integration monitoring tracks the progress and details of integrations in real time to ensure everything is on course for optimal ingestion. Click into Monitoring to get a central view of documents details and status.
Reconciling Added Documents
- AlphaSense integration reporting equips you with the tools for better understanding, management, and optimization of your uploads. Click on Reports to get an audit of all content added with the ability to download the report.
- Error Report provides details of failed content along with reason of their failure.
- Some files are skipped during ingestion, details of which can be generated via Skipped Report.

Q: Can I connect the same integration account to multiple AlphaSense accounts?
- A: No. Each integration account can sync with only one AlphaSense account at a time.
Q: What is the maximum supported file size?
- A: 100 MB for documents, 20 MB for images, and 200 MB for
.ziparchives. Empty (0-byte) files and anything above these caps are skipped.
Q: Which file types are supported?
- A: Ingestion supports the following file types:

- A: After successful disconnect of account/folder, it takes upto 48 hours to delete data from AlphaSense.
Q: A file isn't appearing in AlphaSense. What should I check?
- A: Check the following:
- Confirm the file is inside a selected/synced folder.
- Verify the file type is supported.
- Confirm the file is under 100 MB.
- Review Monitoring for Processing or Error status.
- Download the Skipped Report or Error Report for more details.
Q: I forgot to add Tags & Tickers/Sharing(in Individual Connection) while syncing the content. Can I update those after my sync is complete?
- A: Yes.
- Select the item you want to add metadata and icons would appear to add/update metadata.
- To bulk add/update, select the icon from the top bar. Caution: This would override the metadata applied on individual items.
Q: Can I disconnect one synced folder without disconnecting the full account?
- A: Yes. Select the folder and click Disconnect icon in the top bar to remove only that synced folder.
Q: I am getting Authentication Required popup on connector page. What should I do?
- A: This popup comes up when your integration login has expired. You can reconnect the app to resume sync.
